IAM Patent 1000
De internationale lijst ‘IAM Patent 1000’ bevat een overzicht van de meest vooraanstaande octrooibureaus en advocatenkantoren actief op het gebied van het octrooirecht. De lijst is samengesteld door een onafhankelijk team van onderzoekers die vragenlijsten hebben uitgestuurd en interviews hebben afgenomen bij onder meer cliënten om de kunde, ervaring, en marktaandeel van verschillende octrooibureaus, advocatenkantoren en individuele professionals te achterhalen, op basis waarvan de internationale ranking tot stand is gekomen.
Ook dit jaar wordt Patentwerk weer vermeld als één van de meest vooraanstaande octrooibureaus, waarbij collega’s Hein van den Heuvel, Bas Langenhuijsen, en Daan Settels tevens worden genomineerd als “recommended individuals”. IAM schrijft het volgende over Patentwerk en het team:
“Dynamic European patent attorney team Patentwerk BV has all the technical nous that diverse innovators could want. The ISO 9001 and ISO 27001:2013-certified firm is stringent on standards and processes, and works with great efficiency while over-delivering on its promise of quality. Providing decisive leadership, founding partner Hein van den Heuvel has niche expertise in the area of production machines and is highly adept at handling EPO oppositions. JUVE Patent
Tevens is Patentwerk onlangs aanbevolen door JUVE Patent in de categorie Patent Filing en Prosecution, en in de categorie Litigation, waarbij Bas Langenhuijsen wordt genoemd als ‘recommended individual’. De JUVE Patent rankings richten zich op enkele Europese landen, waaronder Nederland, en komen tevens tot stand door uitvoerig, onafhankelijk onderzoek. JUVE Patent schrijft over de aanbeveling van Patentwerk:
“With only eleven patent attorneys, Patentwerk is the smallest of the major Dutch patent attorney firms. It is known in the market for its patent filing work, but also has a renowned litigator in Bas Langenhuijsen. Dutch law firms often bring him in for disputes over chemical and especially mechanical patents.
