“Welcome to Patentwerk!” is one of my favorite sentences. Making sure customers feel welcome, is where my heart lies.
What I really like about my job is that it is very diverse, and I that am always ready and able to help my colleagues where necessary. Cheerfully speaking to people on the phone and ensuring that the office always looks tidy, gives me positive energy. I regularly encounter new challenges and I have to be solution-oriented. No day is the same for me!
